Job description:

Our team is currently looking to recruit a Fintech Business Development Manager.

 The role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of their leadership team. You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy and sales plan and working out the right approach to bring new merchant partners as clients. You will be accountable for delivering against agreed targets, and enthused by getting hands-on with their target venues and being the first point of contact a venue has with them.
You will have excellent organisational skills that make it easy for you to plan and track sales activity, backed up with the determination to succeed and the ability to build enduring relationships with their venue partners. You will track and report all sales activities, follow up on leads and maintain a customer relations database, identifying additional opportunities.

Experience Needed:

You will excel at selling and be experienced in a service-related industry. Your sales skills and ability to build relationships are what we value most.You will love hospitality, technology and mobile applications and be passionate about using a new product to transform the hospitality experience for venue owners and their customers.You will be high-achieving, thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and have a proven record of performing well under pressure against ambitious targets. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to showcase our offering in a compelling way.
